Hello! I’m Ethan Lance

My name is Ethan Lance. I was born and raised here in Davis County, Utah. I am a student at Davis Technical College working towards my certificate in web and graphic design. The internet and everything that goes into it to make it function has always interested me from a young age as it is something I used on a daily basis growing up. I grew up all around the web but when I was younger, I didn’t put much thought into how it worked, I only knew it was extremely important for my day-to-day life. Growing older, I realized all that goes into the world of the web and how many people work in that field and how important they are to our everyday lives even when we have no idea who they are!

After I graduated high school, I took some time to focus on myself and work and really thought hard about what I’m passionate about I really love photography and wanted to learn and develop my photo editing skills in things such as Photoshop and learn more web skills as it’s a field that is ever growing and changing. I decided that going back to school to learn web and graphic design was the right idea for me and I’ve never looked back since. I genuinely enjoy everything that I’ve learned and how I’ll be able to use it throughout my life and my career. I’ve developed skills in graphic design, photography editing, UX/UI design and web design and continue to learn and grow in the field each and every day!
